Property Sales and Referral fees. February 2019.

All ESTATE AGENTS must inform all BUYERS and SELLERS of any and all referral fees they may receive.

All ESTATE AGENTS must do this at the earliest opportunity.

This is to ensure complete transparency for you the consumer.

We are acting as directed and in accordance with The National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team recommendations.

We set out below how much Fox Estate Agents Limited would earn through referral fees should you decide to act on any of our recommendations.

You could use all of them or none of them or some of them. This is your choice. You do not need to use them and can use who you like.

We recommend the firms below because they are efficient and their rates are competitive.

You as the consumer do not pay anymore.

Solicitors - £125 (average case)
Mortgage Brokers - £100 (average case)
Surveyors - £35 (average case) 
Removal Companies - £25 (average case)

Fox Estate Agents award winning service is completely free to all our buyers.

Sellers pay Fox Estate Agents the fee quoted on instruction and on the agreement on completion.

The fee that is paid to Fox Estate Agents by the sellers does not change if you do or do not take any of the other services we may or may not have recommend to you.

Fox Estate Agents are an NAEA|PROPERTYMARK firm.

This ensures maximum protection for all our clients.
